The clinic (converted from three large pilates studios) has been designed and built specifically to support the provision of cutting-edge treatments in a comfortable environment by highly experienced specialist doctors.
We hope you find your visit relaxed and enjoyable.
Please note the clinic is located on the ground and first floors.
Check-in & Our Waiting Room

The first two stops when you get to the clinic. Once you check-in with our friendly front desk team, you'll be directed to our spacious, super light & airy waiting room.
You'll have 10-15 minutes to complete the new patient registration & medical history forms before your appointment begins.
Please help yourself to complementary beverages from the fridge!

Our Clinical Rooms
You'll be called in-person from the waiting room when your appointment starts, so you know where to go. Our new ONE FACE patients are seen in Surgery 2, where you'll meet the clinical team.
A new patient consultation, normally starts with a quick chat, followed by an in detail look at the area of concern in our facial treatments chair.

Our Imaging Suites
Depending on the clinical examination you may have scans / photographs taken of your face and jaws in one of the digital imaging suites.

Treatment Options, Pros, Cons & Fees
Depending on the type of treatment, your clinician will then analyse the clinical findings and carry out any analysises to determine the treatment options and help weigh up the advantages and disadvantages with you.
5.
Treatment Plan & Quotation
Some treatments with extended recovery periods or more significant risks will need careful consideration and therefore require a letter from your doctor. The clinician will send this to you, normally within 24-48 hours after your consultation.
